Summary: The overall hotel was clean, and the staff was very accommodating. The pool area needs restoration. I was looking forward to the hot tub, but I decided not to get in because of the need for cleaning and repair. The manager did ask the next morning how my stay was, and I mentioned it. She seemed very open to checking into it. Overall, the hotel was clean.

Summary: I asked the service individual to (after we checked out) to wipe down the inside of the bathroom door. It was very dirty, also was the lamps and shades. I reported to the front desk that there was no hot water in the sink. overall the room and bathroom needs a thorough cleaning. the room cleanliness was only adequate.

Summary: Great easy check in! Great room! Good parking!Quiet! Pool had to have chemicals so had to wait on that. Everything great except waffle batter tasted awful to me, but breakfast bar clean and stocked!

Summary: Requested a ground floor room due to pet availability to go to the bathroom outside! They put me on the 3rd floor! Got off of the elevator and immediately smelled pot being smoked! My room wreaked from the smell the entirety of my stay! Throughly put off…won’t choose to stay again!

Summary: It was ok but it said it was a room for 5 and my grandson did not have a bed and had to sleep in a chair. And the room was not in the best shape or very comfortable.

Summary: For the most part.. everything was great.. couple of small things were not reviewed.. wifi code, time for breakfast.. after 11 years in Marriott/Hilton HR .. my biggest issue and what needs to be reviewed is NOT to SAY a guests room number.. especially when there is someone else right there. There is some issues.. that I have not said anything yet, so they do not have a chance to "make it right".. there is flooring that needs attention. Its a trip hazard especially for an elderly person.. where the transition is in the flooring. Again, do not "ding" the hotel.. they changed our room to be convenient for us and to be near elevator. They did meet our expectation as far as that part!
